**Free Shipping – Always**  
All orders enjoy free standard shipping with no minimum purchase. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

**Order Processing**  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods (holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer – we will email you if significant delays occur.

**Delivery Estimates by Region**  
Delivery times are counted from the day your package leaves our warehouse. Typical estimates are:

- USA (domestic addresses): 11–18 business days  
- International destinations: 18–23 business days  

These are averages. Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier backlogs, or local holidays – please plan accordingly.

**International Customs & Duties**  
For orders shipped outside the USA, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility – we cannot predict or prepay them. Check with your local customs office before ordering. Customs processing may also cause extra delays beyond our control.

**Tracking Your Shipment**  
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of dispatch, check your spam folder. If still missing, contact us immediately.

**Address Accuracy**  
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address (including street, city, postal code, and phone). If a parcel is returned due to an address error, we will contact you for a new address – a reshipping fee may apply. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to update the address; reach out as soon as possible.

**Damaged, Lost, or Stuck Packages**  
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging. If damaged, refuse acceptance or take clear photos. Report any damage within 7 days with your order number and photos – we will assist with carrier claims.
- If tracking shows no movement for over 5 business days, email us and we will investigate.
- For confirmed losses, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
